Placing an Order
How to place an order:
Orders can be made in one of two ways. Either through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 416-890-8524
Once an order is placed, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total will be required prior to the start of the painting. This is to ensure that you are serious about placing an order and to assist in the purchasing of supplies.Payment Methods:
Payments can be made through PayPal or direct cash.
How long does an order takes to be completed:
The completion of an order depends of a number of factors, the first being the deposit. No work will begin until a deposit has been received. The next factor is the number of orders before yours. All paintings are done on a first come, first serve basis. The final factors are the size and detail of your painting. Naturally, the bigger and more detailed a painting is, the longer it will take to be completed.
How to get your painting:
Paintings can either be picked up directly or delivered through Canada Post. If you choose the latter, the delivery charge will be added to the total price of the painting.
